TD6S supports events of all sizes, from multi-day conferences and corporate retreats to smaller meetings requiring additional network setup or enhanced security. For larger events, particularly those requiring a site survey, we typically request at least 30 days’ notice to ensure proper planning and seamless execution.
Our standard rate is $150 per hour per engineer. For projects requiring travel, we offer onsite support at $3,600 per day with a three-day minimum. Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed at $225 per hour.
TD6S provides comprehensive support throughout your entire event. We coordinate with you to schedule experienced technicians onsite for the full duration, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From initial installation to final breakdown, our team is there every step of the way.
TD6S provides all networking equipment necessary to successfully execute your event. If specialty equipment is required, we can coordinate with trusted distributors to source rental hardware. Alternatively, if you already have equipment in place, we’ll collaborate with your team to seamlessly integrate it into the event infrastructure.
